Boys boys boys..makes life difficult in a girls life.?

okay so theres this kid cody and hes really nice and cute and everything i want in a guy. he doesnt talk to me during the day becuase we arent in the same homeroom so i barely see him but at dismissal at school (we have this gay carline) i will like walk downstairs and sit on the bench and he will be standing the and he will see me and come sit near me and always stare at me. i dont know if this like means he likes me or something but i am not good with relationship like being able to tell if he likes me but i neeeed to know. please helppp.
