The girl put in her report that my friend teased her with a teaser, which was a lie. my friend is being charged with a felony for ault with a deadly weapon even though she never used the teaser or attempted to use it on the girl. The cops never miranda rights my friend and only took statements from their side. My friend was put in handcuffs and the police searched her perse and found the teaser.
