Shopping+xtra curious friends+period=help!!?

im going shopping with my 2 friends, and both of them are xtra curious. idk if theyve had there periods, but im guessing not cuz im the oldest one. how do i conceal it from them? theyll no wen i bring my purse into the stall with me... :(
