Do I have some sort of Migraine problem?

I am 19 now. When I was in fourth grade I got a head ache for my first time that would just make me want to scream and cry uncontrollably! It's been a burden ever since then. I would get head aches to where I hate loud sounds and bright light. The light just makes my head hurt like crazy. I mean, these are so bad to where I have to cry and sleep for hours to make it go away. Sometimes I just wake up with the pain there. Sadly, it runs in my family to have head aches because some of us are born with a weak circle of willis. Due to that my great grandma and my Uncle have died because the veins with in the circle of willis "explode" after an intense head ache. I am not sure if it's just a personal thing, but I cannot stand feeling like this anymore. I get small headaches and big headaches. I cannot stand worrying whether it will get worse or not. I try to relax, but that doesn't make it go away. I feel throbbing at times on the left side of my head alot and sometimes just the other side or all over.
