Hey i cant run internet explorer/safari/firefox etc on my laptop! I keep getting errors!! HELP?

Hi, why dont you try a system restore, on my computer you tap F11 when it is rebooting when it will come up with system recovery, you click on this and it will give you a choice of system recovery or system restore, click system restore to the day before you downloaded all this software. I have had problems with downloading software and then not being able to get onto the internet and I got things back to normal agian by doing a system restore. Let me know if this solves your problem.
