Can someone read over my essay and tell me how to fix it?

I think that this "compare and contrast" type of essay is very good. I just had to write this type of essay myself. I don't consider myself to be all too great when it comes to essay writing, but I am trying to learn how to write better essays. The only things that I thought may not be quite right is that I think there's a misplaced capitol I when it says " One I idea that they both support is their main belief, which is Disobeying unjust laws, also I think Disobeying shouldn’t be capitalized. Also, “government is best when governs least”, maybe should read "government is best when it governs least"? Lastly, instead of "King always speaks of equality and fairness when it comes to laws." Maybe it should say, "King always spoke of equality and fairness when it came to laws." I may be wrong on these suggestions, but I did learn some things from reading your essay which in my opinion was well written. So thanks.
