Question about Proposition 23: Debating the Future of California's Energy & Environment?

I'm voting yes on 23 for the simple fact that global warming is a scam aimed at our wallets. I do very much care for our environment, I work as a solar installer, but if you look at the DOE web site, the projected use of coal and oil through 2030 is only on the rise. They are doing nothing to reduce CO2 emissions. It's up to us to make a change, not a bill. I don't believe global warming is an issue, but pollution is.
