How is Macbeth and Lady Macbeth superficial?

Superficial means shallow minded. The Macbeths are shallow as they fail to see the broader picture. i.e. that killing their king is not loyal and not good. Lady Macbeth is especially superficial as she pushes Macbeth to doing the deed, and accuses him of being to nice.
