If $4 gas was due to Bush's failed energy policies, what's the cause of $1.49 gas?

Has nothing to do with bush. They want to make sure alternative fuels don't get bigger so they will keep the price low until they strangle their competition. They'll run the prices back WAY UP in a bit i am sure.
