Ignore the fact that she ever said that comment or turn it into a running joke of somekind later ''ya, I'm gay, that's why I asked out your friend''.... kind of deal otherwise you might not have a chance. she wanted to see if you'd get petty or respond with maturity.( which it sounds like you did the latter)
