Do you think the covenant with Israelites are being fulfilled?

Let's cut to the chase here---Israelites are just monotheistic Canaanites. They didn't have an exodus and they didn't come from anywhere else and their "bible" was written to differentiate them from their near neighbors who were polytheists.
