I want to lose weight quickly and need tips?
well i think your goal is quite admirable and not out of the ordinary since our society doesn't actually believe in the whole every shape is beautiful thing...even though it claims such. so, exercise time 1-2 hrs a day is amazing..but walking and not working hard to break a sweat will not do any good. however, keep in mind that any physical exercise is better than none. as for your diet, try to cut out the junk food/processed food as much as you can. go for the vegetables, fruit, and whole grains. and tips...i know personally that weight loss is a huge commitment that is hard to make..so take one step at a time and remember that your goals should be long term...habits you intend on keeping for a life time (or else you'll gain the weight back) good luck!
