What's in those fake clouds they make to prevent global warming, and is it safe to breathe?

Having not seen what you saw I really can't make a good essment of what's going on where you live. All I know is at times I have see rain fronts and it almost looks like the clouds are settling to the ground since the rain is so heavy that it appears gray and hazy as it moves across the horizon.
